To support roaming between different RFSS's within a Trunking System,
each RFSS must
have a unique number. 
An RFSS is made up of one or more Sites. RFSS Alias Number
Trunking System
Site Alias
Allows you to enter (in decimal format) the RFSS (Radio
Frequency Sub-System) number that corresponds to the current Site ID (record
/ row).
